Research an Activity

You have four weeks to complete this assignment:

1. Begin at BAM’s Whiz Kid page and read the profile for the Whiz Kid for a sport/activity that you are interested in but don’t currently do, then click on the Check Out more info on the sport that you selected.

2. Based on the information you collect at the website, create a brochure/paper outlining a plan for someone who wanted to become in the activity. You will have to do some other research in the community to complete this assignment

Your paper should Include:

• required equipment
• costs
• locations around Sacramento/your community where the activity can be learned or practiced

3. Exercise 200 minutes each week and enter it on the form or on the President’s Challenge site. Turn in your printed log with this assignment.
